Conference calling phones are only one thing, but what sort of phone does it have to be? What should you lookout for when shopping around for a conference call phone? When I was looking for conference call Bluetooth speaker, I found that the selection is not as vast as some other companies make it out to be. It seems like there is a phone out there for everyone, and it seems that if you want a certain phone, you will have to pay for it.
If you have a lot of people coming over to your office to do video conferencing, you will want something with a pretty large screen, and a really great speaker so that you can get the most out of your conference call phone. The first thing I looked at was the video conferencing equipment. The one I ended up choosing was the poly trio eight500 conference call phone because it has three teleconferencing ports, and a very large monitor. The monitor is a nice touch, but the poly trio eight500 is one of the best video conferencing equipment that you can buy. It has a really great quality video port, as well as two different audio ports, which means that you can connect your computer to it through a Firewire port, or an HDMI port, which is pretty standard these days.
Along with the video conferencing equipment, I also looked for microphones, and speakers that were going to fit in with what I was trying to do with my video conferencing. After all, a lot of the conference calls I was going to be conducting would actually take place in my office, or maybe a conference room that is also my home. What I found out, is that there are a few different types of microphone options that you can choose from. There are microphones that come built-in into the headset itself, microphones that plug into the user's computer via USB, and there are Bluetooth microphones. I ended up choosing the built-in microphone, simply because it was the most affordable and also seemed like the one that would be easiest to use.
